Chocolate is something that people don’t usually look at as a healthy thing to eat now it can be. With chocolate containing over 500 natural chemicals like, Phenylethylamine, Caffeine, and Theobromine, it contains many vital minerals.
Dark chocolate and cocoa can aid the cardiovascular system by increasing blood flow and lowering blood pressure. In a recent test 45 adults had their blood pressure tested before and after eating dark chocolate. Just two hours after eating the chocolate the all the subjects blood pressure dropped and blood flow increased. Well these are only short term effects, long term effects are still being determined.
Another thing that is great about chocolate is that it makes you feel good. i like this blog! i knew dark chocolate could be good for you but not all chocolate. i eat chocolate moderately but not over moderately. so this is good for me i guess. i didnt know there was a chemical in it that makes you feel good either thats cool.
this is a good blog cause now i dont feel so bad when i eat alot of it. Its surprising how much good it can actually do for you. good to know.
i LOVE this blog because I LOVE chocolate, especially dark! I love it even more that I know all the benefits I can gain from it. I already knew it was good for your heart and had antioxidants in it, but all the other facts you wrote about it are really interesting!
