Microwaves.....quick and easy, or fast and deadly

Microwaves have been a big help to people that wanted a quick meal, and to restaurants. I doubt that anyone that is reading this doesn’t have a microwave in their house or has never used one. They are everywhere should we be concerned?

Here is where things get a little scary "A basic hypothesis of natural medicine states that the introduction into the human body of molecules and energies, to which it is not accustomed, is much more likely to cause harm than good."

Now I know that we probably eat microwaved food at least once a week and we don’t see or feel it effecting our bodies so here are some facts. Our microwaves are producing them artificially. These artificial waves have been observed taking naturally occurring amino acids and morphing them and causing them to become toxic forms.

What does this do to the body you ask, well here it is. In a short term study there was changes in the body of individuals consuming microwaved milk and vegetables. Hemoglobin levels decreased and over all white cell levels and cholesterol levels increased. Bottom line it can make a once healthy food bad for you!

Smoking and its health benefits?

Just kidding, smoking clearly has no health benefits. The only thing that it is doing to your health is destroying it. Smoking harms every single organ in your body.

Just think of all that smoke that is being brought in and out of your lungs on a daily basis. If you’re a regular smoker. This is what’s causes 85% lung cancer deaths. This becomes really significant when you realize that men have a 22 times higher chance of dying from lung cancer if they smoke and women 12 times higher compared to people that don’t smoke.

Cigarettes have over 4,000 chemicals and at least 43 of them are known carcinogens. That is a lot and if you’re a smoker think about it, is it really worth it?

Exercise...are you getting enough?

Most people aged 18-65 are not doing enough exercise a day. We live in a country that loves fast food and cars. We tend not to walk to close by places because it takes a little bit longer.

Many of these people say "oh I don’t have time to go to the gym for an hour a day." The thing is that they don’t have to go to the gym for an hour a day. There are many different activities that you can do like swimming, running, biking, sports and you only need this physical activity for 30 min 5 days a week.

Obesity is becoming a big problem in our country and it is something that we have to deal with. Every year the problem is getting worse with more and more people becoming over weight. Do you body a favor and get off the couch and do something.
